a friend of mine has landed in Toronto along with his family on May Th and up to day he has completed 50 working days exactly and he hasn't received the PR cards yet.
The CIC website stating that it takes 50 working days to process the PR cards (August 1st update) and prior to this update it was 44 working days (July Th update) and i think the one prior was 47 working days.
my question is which update applies to my friend's situation?is it the last one which is 50 working days?
second thing, if we want to call the call centre top follow up with them regarding the PR cards, is it OK to call from out side Canada or this might be a risk that they will stop processing the PR cards if they now that we left Canada before collecting the PR cards?
