We have lived in Canada for over 5 years now and had to renew our PR cards ,myself ,wife and 10 year old son no problem all got new PR cards. But our 8 year old daughter letters back and forth over weeks and weeks, they want photo id !!!! she's 8 and has no photo id !!!! Now after several non helpful phone calls she has to go all the way to Toronto for a interview !!! SHE's 8 years old and has school why o why !!!!
