My status on PR card shows

We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 1, 2014.

We started processing your application on September 8, 2014

i havent received PR card yet and the status hasnt changed
what does that mean

It is too late??? Now processing time is one month.

Dear Kish,

I think you have already reached Winnipeg. When you landed in Canada. Now the time in maximum 1 month for receiving the pr card. In case you have not mentioned your mailing address or the mailing address is changed, these are the only reasons for delay of P R Card. You can always call them for knowing the status of you cards.
