I have the same dates as you, and still waiting for the PR card as of today. The PR web shows photos and home address still in review by IRCC. VO: Montreal

Hi, yes, I linked my PR application to GCkey, but it only provides information about my PR process and shows that a final decision has been made and approved, but there are no updates to the PR card. I'm not sure if I linked it correctly.

PR application and PR card application are different applications, You need to link the later to get an update on PR card

My eCoPR received on August 13th 2024 and PR card received on September 12th, 2024 from Montreal office. You will get it soon, just wait patiently.

I have heard nothing from IRCC since and even photo is in review! It has already passed 26 days processing time.
