PR card timeline

COPR only gives the date before which you have to land in Canada. Once you become a PR, you can stay in Canada indefinitely. However, you will have to maintain the physical presence status, i.e. you must have been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years.

The PR card is valid for 5 years, after which it has to be renewed.

Oh that date would be for landing. I am already in Canada. CEC category. Thank you for clarification.

If you cannot link your application then either it has not yet been created in the system or you just can't, since not all applicants are able to link the PR card application, as you did not file an application per se, the first PR card is automatically generated after you become a PR without you having to submit a formal application.

Tried to link the account but it’s says no such info available.

Nothing for the card status. But for me, the COPR was provided through the PR confirmation portal where they approve the photo for the PR card.
