It regular wait time.

Few get it soon and few get it in a month or two.

I got my eCoPR on September 25 and applied pr card same day. Today, address is approved but photo is still in review.
Also gckey ghost updated.

The address may be approved soon, but the photo may remain "in review" in the portal even if it's approved. So there is no way to tell by just looking at the portal. And then actually receiving the PR Card is anybody's guess. It ranges from a couple of weeks to forever. It's been almost 4 months for me and still nothing.

Received ECOPR on 29th June and since then waiting for PR card, no update what so ever, any idea what can be done here as IRCC Customer Care keeps saying there is nothing wrong with my application and they are not waiting for anything from my side either

Unfortunately, there is not much to be done other than wait. When I tried to contact IRCC, I couldn't even talk to any agent due to the Afghanistan situation. And, they outright rejected to respond to my webform request due to the same reason. So, we just have to wait.

When I linked to gc key it shows Pending Registration then change to submitted. does anybody knows what does it mean

Here's my timeline:
PR Portal 1st email: October 9th
PR Portal 2nd email: October 9th (photo and address updated)
eCOPR: October 10th
PR Card: Address approved and updated while Photo is in-review with IRCC

I got 2 GU on my IRCC profile, one on oct-4 and another on Oct-5. Just wanted to know what to expect next.
