I am not sure about that but I have a similar timeline. portal reminder Oct 9 afternoon 3:33 pm and I submitted photo and address within half an hour, after 2 hours they sent ECOPR on Oct 09, 6:30 PM

yes i replied within one hour also , but didn't get any updates till now , hope im not one of the cases stuch ,

Update: Received the pr card early this week. PR Portal also shows "closed and accepted". @Tati100

sorry I don't know where can I find VO. the portal request came from ircc virtual team

you will do it only once when they sent a link of portal credentials
