I received the request to upload information on the PR portal on the 21st of July. I uploaded the photos and address, however no e-COPR nor any other update since then. The portal says ‘In review with IRCC’ anyone else facing similar issues with no update for a long while?

Hi guys, I have my photos and mailing address submitted in the PR Conformation Portal on July 26 2021 and waiting for the approval of eCoPR, case status remains "In review with IRCC". Can anyone share how long it will take to get your eCoPR? My VO is Etobicoke. Thank you!
There has been no update on that portal after saying that I passed the medical exam on April 30th. I submitted the application on April 11th. Back ground check, review of eligibility and final decision all are in progress on the portal.
Anyone with an update? After COPR I have had radio silence, the address and picture on the PR portal is 'in review'. No change to the PR card application on cic. Just to get a sense of the timeline the IRCC website indicates 51 days for the new PR card but clearly that isn't accurate.
