Was your address still in review as well when you received the card? For me, both Photo and Address are still in review, I got eCoPR on October 12th, so 8 days ago. Thanks!

My address was approved within 24-48 hours after receiving the eCOPR.
Funny, my photo is still in review in the PR portal and I got my PR card yesterday. I guess its just the system that's taking time to update.

I called IRCC agent , and they said that they haven't sent my card for production yet. And, they don't have estimated time.

Nope, I did not link my PR Portal to my GC key. I tried but I couldn't.
