PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

The Ghost update happened today itself along with the doc status message "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive."
Status Updated Date: 2022/01/31

.. not sure if I answered you correctly.. my portal still shows In Review in both pic/address..

Yes on GC key..

I checked it daily and the same day the "ghost update" happened the status was changed to approved and a message that it was mailed and should arrive in 6 weeks.

That's odd.. The PR portal have two fields/form for each applicant:
1. is to add your mailing address
2. is to upload your picture

unless it is different on some cases?

You received the portal invitation email - there will be one that comes with your login details for the portal you will do your declaration, confirm address again and upload photo
