PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

Hi guys,
I am very confused and frustrated now. I got my eCoPR in August 2021 and am still waiting for my photo approval and PR card from Etobicoke office.
Can I do anything at this stage? I am reading that some ppl linked their PR card application, what does it mean and how can I do it?

Got my Conformation Email on 13th October.
Submitted address and photo on October 15th.
Received COPR on 19th October.
No news since then.
Called the agent was told that the card is in production since 19th November.
Anybody from that timeline?

The Photo in the Portal still shows in review but in the email, they say that my card is at the production center since 19th Nov.
Wow...thanks for your response. I am in the same boat except I got my eCoPR in August. just contacted them, hopefully we all get our card sooner than later!
A friend of mine applied after me in November for card at the same IRCC Etobicoke and he got his card just last week.
It is so confusing and frustrating at this point because of the discrepancy.

A friend of mine applied for her PR 8 months ago. She and her husband already got their PR card!
It honestly is very confusing how they process files!!!

PR portal shows in review, but my wife’s and son’s cards arrived yesterday. Still waiting for mine and my doughter’s.

Hi poobathy. I recieved ecopr today as I send an email to etobicoke office and stated some emergency I have. Thankyou for your support
I`m waiting since May too. This week my card was sent to me.
You should probably expect good news soon.
Finally, I recevied my PR card. It's a long journey and I'm appreciated all your help. Hope to see you again in the next application forum
