You should have received today. My spouse PR card was also mailed on Dec 13 and we received today.Hi, can anyone tell how long does it take for PR card to arrive after they mail to TORONTO? My card was mailed out on December 13th.

My Spouse's PR card delivered today. We have been asked to submit photos twice via email and to our surprise, they have used the hardcopy photo which we mailed to Etobicoke... Waiting for my PR card to see what photo they have used. LOL

Here it is, I have sent like one email every day for 6-7 days.
Hi, I am writing to find out about my first PR card status, it's been 146 days and I have no update yet. In the Client portal it shows the photo in review with IRCC since July 22. The same thing for my wife and daughter.
The current processing times are 56 days but my case is way more than that so if someone can help would be great, if anything needed from my end on the photo then please let me know.

Emailed several times to Etobicoke-CIC-APR@cic.gc.ca and CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca but got generic reply. Finally emailed to IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca on December 2 and got reply that my card is in production on December 7 with 1st GU
2nd GU: December 11, 2021
Card Received: December 14, 2021

Aug 6.. Connected my application on GC
Nov 11.. Started emailing IRCC offices daily
Nov 16.. Emailed MP… got ghosted
Nov 23. Got email that my card was sent to production.
Dec 10.. Got email that my card is still in production.
Dec 15.. Got email that my card was sent in production on DEC 8, even though I got an email that my card was in production already on Nov 23.
Dec 15.. Email from Prairies. Error at production. Pls send another photo. (sent another photo to all the IRCC Emails I have on my list)
Dec 16.. Cards in the production AGAIN
Dec 16..Ontario IRCC calls me and tells that they will for sure deliver my PR card on 21st or 22nd (Reschedule my flights) again…..
Still no updates on GC ... THIS IS PURE HELL.

We should be lucky for PR Card. My wife's application has been approved just now with the second GU.

I just cannot and cannot get an update on my GC keys. Its just crazy how they just don't want to send me a PR card. This is unbelievable

I was asked to send photos via mail to the Etobicoke office. For some personal reasons, I couldn't send my photos until September.
September 7, 2021: Photos sent to the Etobicoke office.
December 13, 2021: First GU. Called IRCC and learned that the photos were uploaded to my profile.
December 15, 2021: Application approved. PR Card Mailed.
December 20, 2021: PR Card received in the mail.
Note: As mentioned above, I sent the photos to the Etobicoke office. However, I think that my PR Card came from the Sydney, NS Office. Not sure what that means. I think that maybe the Etobicoke office is overwhelmed with requests and that maybe other offices are helping?
