I wasn't. I have a flight tomorrow and still did not receive my card. waiting from Thursday.Have a safe flight! I'm flying on Saturday too and got my card yesterday. We are both very lucky
So finally I got an update in my GC portal that my PR cards are mailed today. Its so funny we are worrying about this plastic more than our than our PR itself .

One advise is the email follow ups to the portal email helps, so keep trying that. I sent one email each day for last 10 days.

Yes its called a Ghost update, I think, but can't Guarantee that an agent looked at the profile. I am saying because last time I received an email from IRCC I saw the status change the same day. Its a good sign though that the things are moving.
Did you try calling the IRCC number? I called just now and it took me 20 mins to get through and she provided an update.I wasn't. I have a flight tomorrow and still did not receive my card. waiting from Thursday.

For me it took 147 days lol hope you get it quick since the processing time is quick.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your Permanent Resident (PR) card. Your PR card is currently at production. The status of your Photo in the portal will remain at Ready for Review until the PR Card status is updated to Sent to Client or sent to IRCC. At this time, IRCC has currently reduced operational capacity due to exceptional measures to curb the spread of the COVID-19. As a result, there will be significant delays in processing the high volume of first time PR cards, therefore we are unable to provide an approximate timeline of the production and distribution of the cards.

I called everywhere but coz they mailed it, it was out of control. Now just I received my pr card in the mailbox. Almost 4 hours before my flight. Oh my god.I pray for everybody. Best luck. Goodbye.
