Yeah, that's the link I received and after I fill in all fields, it tells me it can't identify me using the info I provided. My address hasn't changed and I already called call center, they confirmed they have correct address on my file. Have no idea why they are asking for it again
Try to email ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca and also CC the email address that requested your address and provide your address directly to them. Explain you are unable to do it via eCas and that you already called the IRCC hotline and confirmed they have the correct address on file.
My PR card is already in production for over 2 weeks now. I'm mailing IRCC and Etobicoke office every single day. I'm soooo done with them. I submitted my address and photos at the end of July. Average process time is 55 days, while my application is already at 133 days. Etobicoke office is the worst
WTF. My new digital photo got rejected by IRCC. Paid $25 for it in Shoppers this Friday. Have no idea what was wrong with it and where to go to retake it 
I’m in same boat, my card went to production on 12th November and after that no reply.
I submitted photo and address in august.
I wish they were more transparent and stick to the timeline.
Waiting from August 12. Got 4 GU's. Production error happened. Again sent for production 1 week ago. Feels like that "Submitted" status is never gonna change to "Approved and mailed" for me.

What is the name of this app? Does it automatically crops to the right size of you have to do it yourself?
My phone is iphone Xr. You have to use two apps, "ID photo" first and "Photo Aid" second.
