I sent an email this morning to CIC-Etobicoke-Landings@cic.gc.ca and I got this generic reply

IRCC currently has reduced operational capacity due to exceptional measures to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, there will be significant delays in processing and production of PR Cards during this period. Unfortunately we are not able to provide an estimated timeline as to when operations will resume.

Thank you for your patience.

Not sure if I should send more email to any other address

Guys, let's write down all IRCC emails that we know. So far I've seen:

CIC-ETOBICOKE-LANDINGS@cic.gc.ca
CIC-Etobicoke-Immigration@cic.gc.ca
Etobicoke-CIC-APR@cic.gc.ca

and the latest addition: IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca (not Etobicoke, but worth a try)

Does anyone know any other emails?
Great.

This last one returned me as the email from portal for having the credentials. I don't know if they will read it:

This email address is dedicated solely to clients invited by IRCC to use the Permanent Residence (PR) Portal in order to be confirmed as permanent residents. You must be invited by IRCC in order to have an account created in the PR Portal.

IRCC will not be responding to requests or follow-ups if you did not received an invitation from IRCC.

The MP I contacted about the card, returned to me now, saying he talked to agent on Friday and this person informed him about the issue to print the cards and agent told him to follow up in 10 business days., which means, it is useless.

I'll send many emails per day and let's see.

My CoPR is from June 30th, 2021 and will expire on March 25, 2022.

Yeah, I emailed them today and got the same response as well. We'll see if they read it
