@klein, oh 100% agreed that they can come up with better alternates. I just meant that the current CoPR letter might not be enough, but they can easily make it just like an eTA to make lives easier for everyone. It's just a matter of why they don't do any of it?

The agent said the card was sent to production yesterday i.e 4th Nov. That's why I got GU yesterday. How long does it take to get the card in my mailbox?

mine was sent to Production on 22nd October, no updates yet.

29th April COPR. Seems I got first GU today. Anybody with the same timeline got GU this week? How long does it usually take from 1st GU till the PR card in the mailbox?

COPR-28th April
I send photo by courier they lost it.

I mailed them what is my card status and i come to know this.
In the same mail chain i told if i send photo by mail will it takes more 6 months ??

They did not reply. Next day they send me portal link even though i was not send copr by portal. I upload photo there.

Today has first GU.
6 hrs later i opened again and second GU.

Now i opened it says approved and mailed.

Finally 7 months wait and all in one day that they need actually.

Thank you all finally it ends........

I guess the ghost update on the 6 oct was system glich. I got the similar GU around oct 6. Today again i got the GU on NOV 8, which i believe is supposed to be GU1 (i guess).

Hi all, my GC key was updated today.

Says PR Card has been mailed out and can take upto 6 weeks to arrive in the mail.
