PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

Hi

Still waiting for my PR card after submitting the photos by mail (Etobicoke) on April 26th. The processing times is not very accurate. Is it work days or calendar days ?

Right now the website says 120 days.

Hi, Sorry about your situation. I have been browsing other forums and found this process. Its a solemn declaration package. Please see link below.
Solemn Declaration Concerning a Lost, Stolen, Destroyed or Never-Received Permanent Resident Card - Canada.ca
I encourage you to find out more on this since it appears your pr card application is past 6weeks more than normal processing time. Please check processing times on the website. Further you could try emailing the immigration ministers office and find out if they can help.
Once again, its crazy to be waiting for a card for 8 months. Hope this helps.

Processing time is a bullshit. Do not depends on it. I know ppl who are waiting for 7 months now and they are refused to give even any update on this .... They do not care. So far my experience is i apply in 1st may still waiting. You get it when u get it. They do not give shit abt it. Sorry to say.

Why did you mail your photos? did they ask you to send physical photos via post?
Did they not just ask you to upload it on the PR Portal?

Nope they asked to mail the photos unfortunately.

Did you take the photo by phone or something lol ? Cause thats what i did and they rejected it too
