I haven't seen that status before, so I don't know how long it will take. But if you recently got GU that is a good sign and the card shouldn't take too long. Could you please share the email you used to contact them and what you told them to get an update? I am with Etobicoke VO too.

Sent quite a few emails to Etobicoke ofc but just got a response that your Card is in Production, but no replies after that.

Were you able to connect to IRCC call centre and able to connect to an agent, i was not able to ?

I am also looking for next steps, what can be done.

its not new you know .... we r helpless and have no choice

i mailed Etobicoke IRCC and they reply that currently they are processing month April.

System is a crap, 1 year for COPR, then 1 year for PR card

How did you get to the agent, for me it just says try later.

PR Card mailed (apparently): October 4th, 2021

Still haven't received PR card however. Already been 2 days since card was mailed out.

Takes at least 3 days and then depends where u live, hopefully u will get by tomm.

Yup 2 GU's one was when it was a system glitch and 2nd yesterday.
