PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

you have waited six weeks longer than the normal processing time and you still have not received your PR card;
Then we have to send this form

current Procesing Time is 50 days, All Feb and March Applicants have crossed that already and it is more than 6 weeks already so then all the FEB and MAR appliacnts should Submit the form? but we know IRCC is slow and they are processing Feb and started MAR recently(with discrimation to FEB and MAR applicants by not having access to PORTAL ) should we still submit it, as it might confuse and delay further isnt it?

its illegal to courier the PR card , never do that, you have to apply PRTD else there will be lot of questions at the border. think about it

Why it's illegal? Cant find information about it. I have a girlfriend flight to my home city outside Canada and she can deliver it to my hands, what kind of questions it may cause? Why is it risky?

i don't think it is illegal, it is not like someone gives your card at the border and misrepresent themselves

Is this 50 days meant for only online portal uploads? It could be possible IRCC is giving portal option for all new COPRs?
