Called IRCC today and they confirmed the application is approved and ready to print and dispatch.

Congrats....how did u manage to get through ircc?I've been trying but no luck.i dial the normal number,then I go to prcard information,first time,press 0 to speak to an agent and then the recording is like all our agents r currently busy.....

Press 1113 then your application number , last 0 to speak to an agent. I usually call exactly around 8 am.

GU1: sometime in June...but I assumed it was a system glitch as the status changed when I refreshed the page.
GU2: July 15, 2021 (saw Application/profile update status upon logging in, but went back to submitted upon refreshing the page)
At this point, I have no idea to differentiate between a GU and a real update.

Did you contact the immigration as you should have got a Ghost update
