Hi Folks,
I have a query regarding UCI. I received my COPR on 3rd March 2021 and mailed my photos which were delivered on 5th March 2021.
Recently I called agent to check on the progress and got to know that UCI mentioned on my COPR is different than the one in application. Called couple of times and got different answers.
Agent 1 - UCI should be same on COPR and application. This will require correction.
Agent 2 - He didn't give any info and said that if UCI is wrong then IRCC will contact.
Anyone with similar case here?

Call them again but UCI doesn't change it means that you have to send the documents for amendment to Ottawa and they will decide should they change it or not. I sent amendment of copr because of my country of birth
I got my eCoPR on June 30 and heard from IRCC yesterday that they rejected my photo. I made a rookie mistake and sent in a photo where I was smiling. Anyways, I uploaded new photos yesterday and will share once I hear more.
Thank you for the response. One more question. Will this issue hold my PR card processing or can that amendment be done in parallel and it will not affect my PR card timeline?
Hey, yea I got eCOPR Feb 18, but photos was mailed in March. Still waiting card.
I got ecopr Feb 11 via Portal. Still waiting for the PR card. I have no clue what's causing the delay.
Just called again. All.good no progress covid times.
I have a feeling that this is not gonna be over for at least few more months ugh.
