You can either call IRCC or raise webform to update the address. So that you will get the cards to your new mailing address.

You can raise a webform / call them and update your address . I did the same for me ..

Why do we receive two GU?

Yes....thanks.i am inland applicant but I haven't done any virtual landing.i was only requested to send my photos and copr letter to Etobicoke office.still waiting for my pr card.

FYI, Virtual landing was done by IRCC officer to issue you a COPR.

I had taken this service and my work-permits were delivered to the new address. It is fail-safe option in case your new address is not updated in IRCC system after your move.
