I has sent my application on Jan 22nd through Canada post and it reached on Feb 2nd (expedited delivery). This was due to COVID outbreak at Mississauga sorting facility.

Not sure if there are many others in between Jan 22nd to Feb 2nd delivery date. Hope they get to my application also fast !!

Mine is same date with yours. Hope to hear from them as well.

As per CanadaPost delivery standard it will take 5 business days for a standard letter mail to reach Toronto from Halifax (Sydney office). So, the people who received approval on May 21 and earlier should start receiving it now.

Yes. Everybody's PR card are dispatched from Nova Scotia, Sydney office.

CPC and CIO in Sydney
The CPC in Sydney processes:

applications for permanent resident cards (new and renewals)
citizenship applications (new, renouncing, revoking and resuming)

May 26th is the approval date.
