I delivered my photos on 9th Feb, does anyone know when can we get PR card for Feb? Already wait more than 3 months. Do we have any Feb update?

Sent on Jan19. No updates. The fkng thing is my frnd sent a photo on portal 2 weeks back recently got card in 10 days. Those etobicoke people are ruining
So , I called them after i saw GU. The agent said application still in process.
Guys finally got approval for pr card. COPR on 27 November, 2020 and photos reached on 4 December, 2020.

Yes portal is super fast. They really ruined the fair chance of applicants since November. Most of the recent applicants are getting PR cards in 10 days.
Approved in Portal today.

I see pretty much everyone mailed their photos for the PR card. Is there anyone who uploaded the picture on the PR confirmation portal and received the PR card? Could anyone confirm how much time it could take if photo submission is done online? PS: VO- Etobicoke office
