No you have to link your PR Card application to your GC Key account under link your application. Once you link you would be able to see if you have received any GU!

Calling doesnt expedite the process.

Me (PA) and my son (dependent) had our photos rejected on June 30th. Original submission was May 25th. Resubmitted on July 3rd. Approved on October 10th. Didn't took any steps, just waited patiently.
