Sadly, a lot of people are waiting from first week of September, I am waiting since Sep 18, so yeah you can say 4-6 weeks as of now. Don’t know if this is accurate or not.

My Application is in TR to PR and on 20th September all assesments were completed but No Final Decission Were made, In final Decission Only Date is showing and VO is Etobicoke, any Idea how long they Take to make Final Decission and Send Pre Arrival Email?

I did mine october 5, we just have to wait. If you call or so web form, they're going to tell you wait

got my GU1 on Oct 10 and no updates since then. How do we know when card is mailed? Does it show in the application anywhere after login?

Where could we see the Ghost updates with respective PR card applications? Do you mean at the top corner of the PR application tracker login?

No you have to link your PR Card application to your GC Key account under link your application. Once you link you would be able to see if you have received any GU!
