Hi if you received ECOPR from ETOBICOKE, use this email IRCC.CLIENTPORTALONTARIO-ONTARIOCLIENTPORTAIL.IRCC@CIC.GC.CA

I would suggest calling the agent today, keep trying, also email them, but I would suggest keep calling until you can.

Got PR card approval status and mailed yesterday i.e. April 18th.

Main applicant PR card received - April 21st
Dependant PR card mailed - April 18th but not yet received.
May be, it will take a day or two. Will keep posted

AOR Dec 12th 2022
Portal email 1 March 21st
Portal email 2 March 22nd
ECOPR March 23rd
PR card Mailed April 18th
PR card received April 21st.
