In the PR portal, is it normal that my DOB doesn't show up? I can see the information under UCI, Application Number, Family Name, Given Name, and Case Status, but DOB is empty... The overview is under Permanent residence confirmation cases.

Hey everyone, quick question: how long does it usually take for the photo to be approved after IRCC requests it to be updated? I had my picture rejected on Monday (see full timeline below) and sent a new picture on Tuesday, but was wondering how long the new review would usually take? Does anyone have an idea? Much-appreciated

My daughter's photo has been rejected due to incorrect size and was re-uploaded since December 2022. Nothing till now.

I'm in the same situation, so following. Have you tried calling IRCC? By the way - does anyone know the best way to get in touch with them when this happens?

Me and my spouse both had our photos rejected yesterday for being "profile pictures". Confused by this, and they are definitely not profile picture and they fit all the guidelines lol. We have had new ones taken, reviewed and reuploaded. Any ideas on how long it takes for the IRCC to review new pictures?
Is it another long wait?

Have anyone here had any issues with IRCC mailing PR cards to a PO Box at Canada Post. I used my PO box, and the pr card status is still pending but they have not asked me to changed the address. Anyone in a similar position.
