YES. SAME ECOPR Date..No Updates about the PR CARD yet. Though I guess it's too early to have any updates about PR CARD. Hopefully, it will come up soon.

This is applicable to all who want to track their PR card. This is not mandatory though, your PR card will still be processed without linking. Linking PR card application just helps to track the progress.

Yep, I believe it was closed when I received my COPR.

eCOPR : 26th May,
GU1 for PR Card application : 28th June,
GU2 for PR Card application : 4th July (approved and mailed),
PR card received by mail today on 6th July.
