If time-lapsed is more than 6 months since delivery of photos to IRCC office, will they ask us to send new photos since old ones are 6 months old? Did anyone face this situation?

Copr 5 Mar, photoes sent March 20.
Usually the time between first and second GU is around 6-8 days. I got my first GU on Aug 30, no updates since then. Anyone know what it may mean?

My photos rejected today . Uploaded new one. Does anyone know how long does it take to accept it again?

Got rejected on 20th and resubmitted on 21st July but nothing received so far.
