it seems like when they mail your card, it will arrive within 5 days.

I got mine within 5 days. (including weekend)
If they mail your car on Monday, most likely you will get it that week.

This makes me excited. My COPR is Jan 30, Photos Delivered is Feb 4th. I hope I get an update tomorrow.
