It is better to ask your representative to change the address to your address.

Alternatively, If you haven't signed any agreement with representative that disallows you to contact IRCC, then you can give a call to IRCC on following number and get your address changed :1-888-242-2100.

You would require your UCI number and other bio graphic details for verification during the call.

The stay at home order was extended in Toronto until March 8 so I assume Etobicoke staff won't touch our mail till then, at least.

Service Canada is also federal government, they are working at reduced capacity but at least they’re working. Looks like all IRCC employees are voluntarily not focusing on opening mails.

Send them a webform with you address change info!

So I was able to reach an IRCC agent over the phone. She said that they are working on September 2020 applications. She mentioned that the online processing time is not accurate which make you think what the point then of updating it every week. Poor system

At least they started working on applications

The funny thing that she mentioned that initial PR cards are urgent applications by nature so there nothing they can do to expedite the process. Lol!

At least they started working on applications

I don't think they ever stopped, they're just too slow. I guess they are prioritizing other immigration applications and leaving minimum staff to work on printing the cards.

Hello guys, which service should i use to send photo to Etobicoke office. I mean if i want to use Canada Post what should i say when i go to Canada post?
