Has anyone who has had to resubmit photos gotten any update?

No update till now. I had submitted it on Aug 17.

No update. It's frustrating. We sent the photos on July 5th to Case Processing Center, PO BOX through DHL express from India.
Till now no response.

Has anyone got PR card after resubmitting photos?

Check with them using Web form, if they have received your new pic or not.

I had resubmitted since April 5 and only just got this message in my GC KEY today "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive". plus the amount of time it might take to actually get my card the process is taking around 6 months to complete.

For us- landed in april , mom got her pr card exactly 2 months later, for dad they asked for picture and I submitted 2 months ago and there is no update in mycic. Just says submitted. Submitted webform a few weeks ago as well with no luck . Can I just request a new prcard?

Photos submitted in April/May are being worked upon. I think your dad's application post photo re submission might be in queue, so need to wait.

For my parents - Landed on June 08th and on Aug 10th Status updated -Cards Mailed - but havent received the cards yet..its been 5 weeks now. any suggestions ??

Maybe call them to check if the address is correct? sometimes it's mailed to an old address on file, not the one left at the point of landing.
