the MP i sent last week did not reply so i guess it did not help
submitting the webform with urgent request do the trick.

Nope. I'm currently in the same issue. Got ecopr July 23 and still no PR card dispatched and need to travel because my mom is sick. Called them and told them their 26 day processing time as passed and they say they can't do anything.

Just a quick question, after linking the PR card on GCkey, how will you know if you get GU1 and GU2 like what they say? have not received update since getting ecopr.
