I dont think portal has any application. You should be able to link to gckey as soon as you have eCOPR - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...lagpole-landing-interview-is-complete.617040/

Did you link it to your GCKEY account? was there any updates regarding it that it was sent? I am still waiting for my wife and I. we have the same ecopr date.

both p2 CIC website and GC Key are still in review.

Yes application linked to gckey will be updated saying approved and card mailed on date ..
