Hello all!
Has anyone had a situation where the dependent applicant received all the GUs, but the primary applicant did not?
My case is:
ECoPR - 29 August 2023
The primary applicant:
GU 1 – Pending
GU 2 - Pending
Card – Pending

Dependent applicant:
GU 1 - 23 October 2023
GU 2 – 6 November 2023 (card has been mailed)
Card – Pending
VO Etobicoke

I have not received any messages about the primary applicant’s application for PR card. What do you think, maybe, they did not accept the primary applicant's photo, but the message about it was not delivered?

Do I need to do anything other than link the PR card application to my GC Key account after having received the eCoPR?

ur eCopr was on Nov 10 but ur GU1 was Sep 23? Did u mean Oct 23? or is this the other way around?

No it's correct as written.
GU1 (Sept 23, 2023 - Final Decision : We're processing your...) was on Sept 23, 2023. I know it's completely weird.

Just before I've received the ecopr on Nov 10, 2023, I've ordered the GCMS notes, which were sent a day after the ecopr to me.
The notes indicate that I've had the ecopr-number by Sept 23, 2023 already. Unfortunately I have never been able to log in to the tracker (neither did IRCC help with that).

That's what's on my profile now, (but didn't appear until I received the eCoPR last week):
Review of eligibility November 10, 2023 Your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below.
Review of medical results June 23, 2023 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents Not applicable.

Depends on what is your delivery address. If it is towards west (AB or BC), expect around 8-10 days
