It seems Calgary VO is struggling a lot. I got my ECOPR on 16th Jan too, but with Calgary VO. No update till now.

yeah I don't see a lot of updates from calgary (I think there's another thread for it) but the little people say it seems calgary has been a bit slower. sorry! I hope you get some update soon!

I landed on February 21st in Toronto Pearson Airport. I linked my PR Card App to GCKey on Feb 28th.

yes same. I got ecopr from calgary as well on 12th Jan. No update yet. Seems like they forgot or dead

I am not sure if you guys know that PR card is a different application from your ecopr. It happens automatically but to follow up through GCKey you need to link it again.
