I had a ghost update today as well. Have you received any updates? Also, does anyone know how long it takes to receive the PR card after COPR from Etobicoke office?

Na no other updates. Well I got a GU and also received an email regarding the GU (not sure if the email is normal, at least didn't receive it during my PR application for GUs). I just hope its not a glitch and its some sort of an actual update.
I got COPR on 17th June 2021, Photograph is still in review with IRCC in the Portal and waiting for the PR card. File processed at Sydney visa office and got COPR from Etobicoke office
I got my COPR from local visa office so I am expecting my Pr card from the same visa office.

I am not sure exactly about VO, got COPR issued at OSC OPERATIO, I live in Mississauga, Ontario.
