I also used Web form to contact IRCC and they said
We have verified the information you provided and your solemn declaration is not available in the system yet.
If you sent it by traceable means, you may contact the mail service provider you used in order to make sure that it was indeed received by the processing office.
Your solemn declaration will be processed according to the date of reception.

Hey , today I checked my Ircc account and the pr card app says approved but when i opened it everything was back in process . The message that says about PR Card being mailed is also deleted.
this means theyhave received my declaration and working on it !!
Visha , My application went back to process a d the message with pr card details was deleted , means that they are working on a new card *__*
Thanks mate, just checked mine, same situation. Next step would be to wait till it says approved and send to us. Hopefully we will get this month.
It was mailed in November and never received , I did not know that they can lose it. So I applied in March , I am waiting around 82 days now

Mine was mailed on February 1st , and I waited 6 weeks it never arrived. So on March 17 I faxed the solemn declaration

Congrats , happy for you ! I also received an update , that it was sent June 9,2021. Do you think we will receive it next week ?
