PR Card Solemn Declaration Processing Time

Hello guys.
I have question.
My PR Card was approved and mailed on November 8. However I am still waiting.
Today, When i checked my IRCC account, all of sudden i found that they removed the part that said ( it has been mailed).
It only showed Approved and the expiration date.
But nothing mentioned that it was mailed.
The application satatus from outside is submitted.
Any idea please ?
I didn't fill the SD yet as 6 weeks has not being passed.

Till now I didn’t get it yet, when i can apply for SD, and how long it takes to get pr card via solemn declaration??

I have not received my pr card since more than 6 weeks and i was filling solemn declaration and have some questions about it as follows :-
1) Do we fill it in computer or with pen ??
2) In part 3, do i write something in circumstances option ??
3) And in part 4, do we need to write something about efforts to locate it.

Yes mine was mailed on dec 2 and it still hasnt arrived i have called canada post they said that due to the flooding they are having delays delivering
Yes mine was mailed on nov 29, still didn’t get it yet!! I also called canada post they said they cant provide information until i dont give them tracking number. Btw are you from alberta??
