Safe way to send passport to CHC Delhi for PR visa stamping

Dear All,

My PR file was processing in CPC-ottawa, I received passport request from for visa. Now the problem is that I am in India, So don't know how to send passport. Few people told me that I can send passport to Canada high commission new delhi for Visa stamping with the passport request mail received from CPC ottawa. Even in the mail which I received its mentioned that if you are not in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office.

Now my confusion is that how to send passport to CHC new delhi? Please advise if anybody PR file processed in Canada and they sent their passport to CHC new delhi for PR visa stamping? Just confused and don't want to waste time as only 12 days left in hand...I have emailed them twice but haven't got any response back. they provided 30 days to send passport.....Please help!!!

Send passports through VFS India.

But I haven't gotten any confirmation email from Ottawa office about sending the passport to New Delhi. Should I wait for the confirmation or file transfer email first before sending my passport directly? Thanks so much for all your help
