PR card renewal

Sharing my updated timeline (lost PR card):

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on March 23, 2022.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 21, 2022.
3. We started processing your application on April 21, 2022.

Card mailed out notification on June 8th, 2022.

Notes:
The status showed up as "Decision made" around 60+ days after they received my application. However, nothing else happened until I got my update about approval and card being sent out today.

So I got my PR card today - so the fifth day after it was mailed out. I'm in the Greater Toronto Area.

I'm optimistically checking my mailbox everyday (though it's only been two days). Depressingly, I have no doubts that it's possible I'm in for yet another horrendous wait. Canada - thy name is bureaucratic incompetence

I understand your feeling as I was experiencing such irritating 90 days of disappointment everyday I opened the mail box. Really NOT a good feeling.
