PR Card Renewal

Hi folks!
My Canadian Citizenship application is in process while my Permanent Resident Card will be expiring in Feb 2022. Do I still need to apply for the renewal of PR Card while my citizenship application is in process?

You do not need to, unless you think you will need the card - esp for travel. But since it takes a while it might be best to apply just in case.
