I applied for renewal of my PR on may 31 ( delivered)but haven't received any AOR.ECas says 96 days.Has anyone who applied around this date received AOR? Is it normal?

My app was received the same day too. So far I only see *We received your application on May 31st* on ecas. No AOR yet.

I saw it on Aug 30th. The call center said that they are still working on applications received until May 30th though.
