Current renewal time, as of now, is 59 days under standard processing. If you are diverted from this for any reason, it will take much longer. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/

Hello again

I would like to know, if i go to Canada after my PR Card expire
How will i get the Travel document to go to Canada

Previously someone told me PR status stays but your card just need to be renewed.

Will there be any major problem to get the travel Document

How can i Apply if my PR Card is expired

assuming your spouse is
a canadian citizen you can apply for a travel document on basis of living abroad with your canadian spouse. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5529ETOC.asp

Pr status does not get cancelled automatically even if card expires but you will likely need to get a renewed PR card sent to a Canadian address and forwarded from there.

It's neither. You're confusing citizenship and PR residency rules. PR is 2 years out of 5.

Current rule is 4 out of 6 years. New rule (not yet law) is 3 out of 5 years.
