PR Card Renewal - Supporting Documentation

For anyone who has applied recently or knows about this - currently applying for PR card renewal and have not travelled at all outside of Canada during the past 5 years do I still need to provide proof that I meet the residency obligations? I am also a permanent resident for the past 15 years.
Has anyone in a similar boat applied without supporting documentation?

With current app yes, you do need to provide two pieces of EVIDENCE of having spent time in Canada in last five years. That's pretty easy
