PR card renewal sitting in summited for month now

hi,
my parent pr card renewal application was submitted on march 19, inspect shows "complete since april4 and they still awaiting for their renewed card. is anyone on same boat? as per the processing time, they have reached 60 days processing time limit from the time application submitted.

should web form be generated? if yes, how to initiate it? Please advise.

I also want to update my case status. On May 23rd, I submit a urgent request, I received my card yesterday on May 30th. I am not sure if this is due to the urgent request or my card was aleady on the way from my original application. Good luck everyone! thanks for the help with the Chrome browser hack!

@manjeet20241984 : Hi Just read your thread. I am in the same situation. Inspect trick shows complete and rejection reasons just like you mentioned but I haven't received any email. Did you contact them please let me know. Did you receive any further update? Thanks!

I received my cards in about 75 days. Normal processing time was about 63-65 days. So I say just wait. You can also get information by calling IRCC office but you will possibly not get important information except that if you haven’t receive any communication from IRCC this means there’s no problem with the application.

Hi Manjeet,

Did you get your card eventually? I have the same case and under rejection reasons they said same thing poor image quality even though when I uploaded the photo I did not get any error. Did you call them ?

I have the same case but I didnt receive any email from IRCC. Did you get your card eventually? Any update?
