I applied for PR card renewal as it will be expiring in a few months. Recently, when I was returning from the US when border officers told me that their system suggested that my PR card has been reported as missing or lost. This is not the case because my card is not expired and I still have it. I filed a webform and the issue now seems to be resolved.
Maybe I picked the wrong option from the dropdown menu when filing my application in the online PR portal or, there is a technical bug in the PR portal that lists unexpired PR cards as reported missing or lost. Has anyone else experienced this?
