Hi,

Q1. When populating the Address or Work History, if the time period for the oldest record overlaps with both the 5 yr period and is greater than 5 yr period, what should the from date be?

For e.g., Assume 5 Yr Period begins on 1/1/2019, and someone stayed at a location or worked for an employer 1/1/2018 - 1/1/2020. Would they enter From date as 1/1/2018 or 1/1/2019?

Q2. In the most recent record for address and personal history, what "To Date" do we enter, since there isn't a "To Date" as they would be ongoing records

Q3. What is the recommended set of supporting documents to upload?
-- It says two pieces of documents, but do we need to upload ALL documents of two different types to cover the entire time period? E.g., ALL Pay Stubs and ALL Bank Statements -or- a random assortment is sufficient? i.e., one paystub + one bank statement

You count the 5 years before the date you sign the application. For example, you signed on 7/7/2023, then you date back 7/7/2018. In this example 7/7/2023 is "to date". What is available for you to upload? Did your Bank statement show any daily transactions in Canada?

- put a TO DATE (the filing date) for the address I'm still in?
- Put the FROM DATE as exactly 5 years from the filing date, even if I've been at the address longer?

The signing date might be different from the filing date especially if this is a paper application. So per my example, 7/7/2023 is the signing date or to date and 7/7/2018 is the from date.
