The best option is always to mail the TD application/ appeal waiver letter with a multiple visa application as one package but in 2 different envelopes.

The visa post are waiting for the 60 days deadline set by the law for you to appeal after which your PR loss is formalized with the CIC databases updated. It seems from your post that you just said you don't wish to apply with any H&C reasons and refer to an email about the same. An email may not meet the 'legal' criteria/threshold in that it doesn't have a formal signature. Also its not clear that you stated you were waiving all your appeal rights.

You may as well apply for the visitors visa now to save you time - make reference to the TD application and appeal waiver letter. You need to check the requirements for a visitor visa and submit the requested documents.

The visa post may issue the visitors visa pre the 60 days on the strength of the appeal waiver letter but they may decide to wait till day 61 to make sure they comply with the law and you don't have any excuse to complain about anything.

I have received the Official letter stating I have 60 days to apply for H&C but I had already send them a Signed letter with the original revoke papers stating that I do not wish to apply for H&C.

Finally after those annoying one liner email responses I get one of those proper responses:

"Dear Sir,

Your voluntary relinquishment form was received and an official acknowledgement letter was sent to you on 20/10/2013 via Aramex AWB # 3337847236. You even responded to us informing us that you do not wish to appeal the decision. The document send is an official acknowledgment that you are no longer a permanent resident of Canada,

You may apply for Temporary Resident Visa ( Visitor Visa) when you desire too.

We trust that this information will be of assistance."

Now I am preparing the online multiple visa application and asked my wife to start preparing the sponsorship application. I hope thing work out.

Hi, I would like to thank all of you for the professional and correct advice I received in processing my application. I still have a question left for regarding my application for Spouse Sponsorship.

I have got my multiple visa for Canada after revoking Permanent Residence of Canada. My question is how long should I wait before my wife sponsors me? My revoking was successfully completed on Sept. 3rd, 2013 and got my Multiple Visa on Feb. 28th, 2014. Some of my family friends say that as the revoking was done recently, I should better wait before reapplying for a PR Spouse Sponsorship.

Let me know if I should indeed wait before applying again.

There is no reason to wait. The criteria for your wife to sponsor you is that you are not a PR any more and you aren't so good to go.
